In March 2006, Segenhoe received Council approval for a development which will see 27 homes built within the Stud boundaries. Each home will have a separate title, with allotments varying in size from 1 acre to 2.5 acres.

The Unique topography of Segenhoe has allowed us to place these allotments in a manner which will ensure that each home has beautiful views of Segenhoe Stud and the surrounding district, without overlooking views of each other.

The development will allow horse lovers to enjoy the ambience and rural idyll of living within a working horse stud without having to own, manage or maintain the Stud itself.

Geographically, Segenhoe Stud is a unique property. It covers both sides of the Hunter River, to which it enjoys 5kms of river frontage. The landscape is a mixture of prime river flats and undulating country which offers spectacular views of the Hunter Valley.
